Creative Floristry - Winter Wreaths

  • Duke's of West Barns 5 Duke Street Dunbar, Scotland, EH42 1UR United Kingdom (map)

Morning workshop: 10am - 12 noon

Afternoon workshop: 1 - 3pm

Let's gather together to create something truly beautiful to adorn your home over the festive period. Join Jenny for this very special workshop experience where you can indulge your senses with the scent of evergreens (and mulled wine!) while working with your hands to create a wonderful Winter wreath in celebration of the festive season.

In this workshop you’ll be led through the method of making a wreath in our signature wild yet luxurious style - but with the freedom to nurture your own creativity and expression through its creation. We’ll work with a bounty of interesting shapes and textures of scented evergreens as well as gathered seed heads, berries, dried fruit and flowers. A choice of sumptuous ribbon will be provided to finish it off with that final flourish!

Beyond Christmas, your wreath will dry naturally to be enjoyed throughout the year.

All materials will be provided and seasonal hot and cold refreshments will be on hand.

Being environmentally responsible is important to us and as such all the materials for this workshop are sourced as locally and as sustainably as possible from British & Scottish specialist growers. Our method and mechanics will be sustainable too - no floral foam will be used.

We’ll be hosting this workshop at Duke’s of West Barns, a gorgeous gallery, cafe & studio space in West Barns, Dunbar which is in a fantastic location close to Belhaven Bay, with ample parking.
